Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery Time:

• Standard processing for orders placed before 2:00 PM CST is 5-6 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
  

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  

• Currently we only ship within United States.

Shipping Rates:

• Free shipping on orders over $300.
  

• Flat-rate shipping: $8 for orders under $300. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed within 5-6 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
  

• Expedited shipping: $25 for orders placed before 2:00 PM CST, processed within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  

• Next-day shipping: $45 for orders placed before 2:00 PM CST, processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  

Lost or Delayed Packages:

• We are not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is lost, please contact us at care@studiosan.co.

International Shipping Policy:

International customers are welcome to order from our website. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier.

You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. At checkout, you may have the option to prepay these import duties along with shipping costs for a smoother delivery experience.

If you choose not to prepay duties at checkout, you will need to pay them directly to your local customs authority to release your order for delivery.
