Studio San offers returns within the U.S. within 21 days of delivery.

All returns will incur a flat $4.95 return fee, regardless of order size.

To qualify for a full refund, merchandise must be:

Have original tags attached

Non-returnable items: Final sale, personalized, and select intimate items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, email care@studiosan.co with your order number and details of the item you’d like in exchange.
Holiday Return Window

Purchases made between November 1, 2024, and December 19, 2024, are eligible for return until January 9, 2025. Orders placed after December 19 will follow our standard 21-day return policy.
Return Policy Exceptions

To maintain fair usage, return restrictions may apply if an account has exceeded our returns threshold. If you have returned at least 10 units and 75% or more of your purchases within the last 365 days, your account may be subject to a modified returns policy.

Once received, returns are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Return Policy:
We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or fees incurred when sending items back to the United States. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Studio San is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
